Collared U-Bolts

In 316 stainless steel with stainless steel nuts under nylon collars. All U-Bolts supplied with 1 plate, 2 nuts and 2 washers in 316 stainless.

*Part No. 0223 has Nyloc nuts and Part No. 0224 has spring washers.

The advantage of the Baseline design for U-Bolts is that they are adjustable from above the deck where there is easy accessibility. The nuts can be run up by hand on the underside of the deck, where confined space often makes it difficult to use a spanner, and then can be tightened from above the deck. If necessary the nuts can be adjusted by up to 3mm, to compensate for any uneveness in the deck. After they are tightened the attractive nylon collars snap over them.

Clamp On Cleats

Clamp-on Cleats can simply be attached and detached as required, so they keep decks clear & safe. They can be positioned where needed on existing genoa tracks, or the unique opening design allows the base assembly to open and fit over existing T tracks. The clamp assembly then screws firmly into place allowing a spring line cleat to be fitted in any position on the track in seconds. Made from very tough solid aluminium with black Nylon locking knob.

9260 clamps onto our 25mm Barton 'T' track (Part nos. 2611, 2617) and 9261 fits onto our heavy duty 32mm Barton 'T' track (part no. 0566).

Chain Cleat

The Chain Cleat is a revolutionary new design of cleat to hold the anchor chain. It has a remarkably simple and low profile design with a unique feature which allows the chain to be easily and securely placed into the angled slot between the two horns.
On boats with an anchor winch, the Chain Cleat will take all the load of the anchored boat from the winch, so helping to reduce the war and tear on the winch.
Chain Cleat is manufactured in 316 stainless steel, the slot is sized to accept 6mm- 8m (1/4 - 5/16in) chain and the cleat is generally suitable for any boat between 20 - 40 feet.

Chart Table / Hatch Spring

This clever device is used for holding hatches open. You simply lift the hatch cover and let go. The spring snaps straight and holds the lid up without any effort on your part. To close the hatch, simply bend the spring into a "U" shape while closing the lid. The spring will be ready the next time you open the hatch. It has an internal wire that prevents the spring from being over-extended during normal use. Not recommended for applications where hatch will scoop wind while boat is underway and over-extend spring.
